First, you need Winamp and SHOUTcast plug-ins. You can find links to them in the 'FAQ' sticky.
Needed private information will be noted to the DJs.
Our current broadcasting host is listen2myradio.com. In order to launch the server, you need to log on to http://www.listen2myradio.com/login.php.
Then you'll be shown a page like this:
Then you need to click 'On/Off' on the 'Radio' row and then 'Turn On' to turn the server on. When you do that, the radio status should be green and say "on." One thing to note about our current server is that it doesn't seem to work around 9:00 p.m. + CST.
Now, open Winamp and press Ctrl + P. Winamp Preferences should pop up. Scroll down and click Plug-ins > DSP/Effect. You should see 'Nullsoft SHOUTcast source DSP.' When you open it, click on the Output tab and it should already be selecting Output1 and Connections box.
Then click on Encoder tab and select type as MP3.
On Yellowpages button next to Connection, make the server public and enable title updates.
